Bingay Neon 90s
If you like a bit of hilariously ballsy fun, then Bingay is the night out for you.

Bust out the fluoro and the lights this July at Bingay Neon 90s! Brighten up your winter at our rad 90s-themed Bingay at The Beresford on Thursday 12 July. We’ll be channelling all the things that made the 90s the best decade ever including The Spice Girls, Hypercolor, Keppers and neon! Come in your best fluoro outfits or light up accessories – there are prizes for best dressed. Our luminescent hostess Charisma Belle and radiant barrel girl Naomi Palmer will light up the night with platters of laughs, stories and songs with a bit of naughtiness thrown in.

Now in its 18th year, Bingay is a gay Sydney institution. Renowned for its camp, hilarious and cheeky take on bingo, Bingay has been dropping balls and raising funds for ACON – NSW’s leading LGBTI health organisation – since 1999. There are loads of prizes, surprises and giveaways, not to mention a whole heap of fun from our much-loved Bingay volunteers.

If you are a BINGAY virgin, or haven’t been for a while, the night has never been funnier or camp. Our fabulous hosts Charisma Belle and barrel babe Naomi Palmer will lead the revelry, sing up a storm and entertain the audience with silly jokes and madcap hilarity.

Bingay takes over the upstairs bar of The Beresford in Surry Hills on the second Thursday of every month, with each monthly event having a fabulously flamboyant theme.

So whether you’re a regular or a novice, or a local or visitor to Sydney, if you’re up for a wonderfully camp mid-week entertainment experience, then you can’t go wrong with Bingay. It is a night for friends to get together and have fun on a 'school night', that also ends by around 10pm so you can have a great night out without feeling like you can not face work the next day!
